NHS Sussex Insight packs
Insight packs are available from the NHS Sussex Intranet, you will need to register for an account before you can access these insight files.
Insight packs have been developed to draw together key themes from insight relating to groups across Sussex who are marginalised and who experience health inequalities.
These insight packs have been developed primarily to support the emerging Integrated Community Teams, however will support wider programmes and projects as a high level summary.
